About Seven Home Properties
Premium hospitality, personal touch
Our Story
Seven Home Properties was born from a simple idea: vacation rentals should feel like home, not a hotel room. Founded in Italy, we manage handpicked apartments across Genoa, Rapallo, and Varazze on the Ligurian coast — each one personally selected for quality, location, and character.
